Rules & Regulations

  1. Ticket purchasers must be at least 18 years of age and be within the province of Ontario at the time of purchase.
  2. Tickets will be issued using an electronic raffle system supplied by Ascend Fundraising Solutions.
  3. Tickets will be available online only at wrhlottery.ca.

50/50 Tickets

  1. 50/50 tickets are 5 for $10, 50 for $25 and 250 for $50 and 777 for $100
  2. The total tickets available in the 50/50 draw will be unlimited
  3. The guaranteed minimum payout will be $10,000
  4. The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generator (RNG) system from all raffle numbers sold for the draw up to the point of the draw date (early bird(s) or grand prize draws)

Calendar Tickets

  1. Calendar tickets are 40 for $10, 100 for $20 or 250 for $40
  2. The total tickets available in the Win More Calendar draw will be 454,030
  3. Win More Calendar tickets can only be purchased in conjunction with 50/50 tickets. Win More Calendar tickets will not be accepted without the purchase of an original 50/50 ticket order. Should an original 50/50 ticket order become invalid, all Win More Calendar tickets associated with that original 50/50 ticket order will become invalid as a direct result
  4. Tickets must contain the same purchaser’s information as the 50/50 ticket
  5. All winning ticket numbers will be drawn using a Random Number Generator (RNG). Winning ticket numbers are eligible for all subsequent draws

Draw Schedule & Prizing

DRAW #1: Ticket Sales – Starting at 12:00 a.m. Thursday, June 16, 2022, to midnight Thursday, July 28, 2022

  • The winner (1) of the 50/50 Grand Prize will be drawn at approximately 10:00 a.m., on July 29, 2022
  • The 50/50 Grand Prize winner will be awarded 50% of final sales
  • There will be 3 Early Bird Draws in the 50/50 of $2,500 Cash – the deadline of eligibility is midnight on the respective dates of June 23, 2022, July 7, 2022 and July 21, 2022
  • The 50/50 Early Bird prizes will be drawn at 10:00 a.m. on the respective dates of June 24, 2022, July 8, 2022 and July 22, 2022
  • It is possible for the same ticket number to win on the 50/50 Early Bird prizes and the 50/50 Grand Prize
  • The Win More Calendar will consist of 31 prizes of $1,000 cash, one for each day of the month of August
  • All Win More Calendar winners will be drawn at approximately 10:10 a.m. on July 29, 2022. Winners will be announced daily beginning Monday, August 1, 2022, through to Wednesday, August 31, 2022
  • If the Win More Calendar tickets sell out prior to the final deadline of midnight on Thursday, July 28, 2022, the draw and announcement schedule noted above will remain

DRAW #2: Ticket Sales – Starting at 12:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 2, 2022, to midnight Tuesday, August 30, 2022

  • The winner (1) of the 50/50 Grand Prize will be drawn at approximately 10:00 a.m., on August 31, 2022
  • The 50/50 Grand Prize winner will be awarded 50% of final sales
  • There will be 2 Early Bird Draws in the 50/50 of $2,500 Cash – the deadline of eligibility is midnight on the respective dates of August 11, 2022 and August 18, 2022
  • The Early Bird prizes will be drawn at 10:00 a.m. on the respective dates of August 12, 2022 and August 19, 2022
  • It is possible for the same ticket number to win on the 50/50 Early Bird prizes and the 50/50 Grand Prize
  • The Win More Calendar will consist of 30 prizes of $1,000 cash, one for each day of the month of September
  • All Win More Calendar winners will be drawn at approximately 10:10 a.m. on August 31, 2022. Winners will be announced daily beginning Thursday, September 1, 2022, through to Friday, September 30, 2022
  • If the Win More Calendar tickets sell out prior to the final deadline of midnight on Tuesday, August 30, 2022, the draw and announcement schedule noted above will remain

DRAW #3: 50/50 Ticket Sales - Starting at 12:00 a.m. Thursday, September 1, 2022, to midnight Thursday, September 29, 2022. There will be one winner (1) of the 50/50 Grand Prize that will be awarded 50% of final sales.

DRAW #4: 50/50 Ticket Sales - Starting at 12:00 a.m. Monday, October 3, 2022, to midnight Thursday, October 27, 2022. There will be one winner (1) of the 50/50 Grand Prize that will be awarded 50% of final sales.

DRAW #5: 50/50 Ticket Sales - Starting at 12:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 1, 2022, to midnight Tuesday, November 29, 2022. There will be one winner (1) of the 50/50 Grand Prize that will be awarded 50% of final sales.

DRAW #6: 50/50 Ticket Sales – Starting at 12:00 a.m. Thursday, December 1, 2022, to midnight Thursday, December 29, 2022. There will be one winner (1) of the 50/50 Grand Prize that will be awarded 50% of final sales.

  1. After buying, purchasers will receive an email confirmation containing their ticket numbers. Purchasers will receive one email for any 50/50 ticket numbers ordered and one email for any Win More Calendar tickets ordered. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.
  2. A representative of Windsor Regional Hospital Foundation will contact the grand prize winner by phone and/or email.
  3. The winners will be posted on the wrhlottery.ca website, on social media, and on e-news.
  4. The grand prize winner must provide his/her name, address, and phone number with picture identification for validation and send it to support@wrhlottery.ca.
  5. Prizes will be awarded to the primary ticket holder (the first name that appears on the ticket). In the event of a group win, in trust win or any win involving multiple individuals, any transfer of prizes must happen independently of Windsor Regional Hospital Foundation.
  6. The winning ticket holder has 6 months to claim their prize from the date of the draw. Unclaimed prizes will be reported, and a charitable allocation will be approved by AGCO.
  7. Windsor Regional Hospital Foundation Staff and Board of Directors, as well as their spouses, children and children-in-law residing in the same household, are not permitted to purchase tickets and are not eligible to win.
